Can I return my item for a refund or exchange?

If for any reason you are not completely delighted with your purchase, we will happily accept a return for an exchange or full refund for all items except intimates sets or bodysuits/bikinis and for any wholesale or discounted orders using promo-codes or other sale and as long as you meet the terms as per below.

How long after purchase can I make a return and what are the terms for returns?

Please notify us via email info@annabellaoflondon.com with the items you wish to return. Make sure we receive the goods within 20 days from the date you received them, and please keep a postal receipt. We can only process refunds once we received the goods and if they are not damaged or with make-up stains in their original package as long as the products haven't been purchased on sale, are in stock and haven't been purchased with a promo code. We cannot make a refund unless we receive the goods and are not responsible if your package is lost, please make sure to keep your tracking code and receipt for reference.

Please note - if you return your item and the above conditions are not met, we will be unable to offer you a full refund.

How to make a return:

We would like to inform you before you make a return, that our return address is in our storage house:

    • Please do your best to try on, handle and repackage the items with care. Any merchandise returned must be received back in its original condition - this means it must be unworn, undamaged, free of makeup, pet hairs, deodorant and perfume and have all original tags attached.
    • Please fill-in and include the returns form along with your returned item to enable us to identify you and process your return as quickly as possible. If this is not present, a written note with all your details will suffice!
    • We always recommend returning your items via a recorded service as we unfortunately can't be held responsible for any items that do not reach us.
    • Unfortunately we cannot refund or exchange items that are purchased on sale, with a promo code and we can also not  items that are sold out.
    • We cannot make a refund unless we receive the goods and are not responsible if your package is lost, please make sure to keep your tracking code and receipt for reference.

How long does a refund take?

We aim to process all returns within 30 days or earlier of delivery to us, at which time we will issue a full refund or exchange provided items are not damaged and without any make-up stains in their original package as long as the products haven't been purchased on sale, are in stock and haven't been purchased with a promo code aren't wholesale, and provided that we have received your package, so please make sure to keep your track codes. Please note we do not contact a customer as soon as your item arrives back to us.

Can I get my shipping fees back?

We regret to inform you that any original shipping fees or return shipping charges are non-refundable. We are also not responsible for any duties/taxes incurred in both shipments including returns.
